Join Refuge volunteer Dave Shepherd for a walk in the woods on the Kanyoo Trail. We'll learn how to identify various evergreen and deciduous tree species that make up the forest, and to understand some basic forest ecology. This program is free and open to all!

Location: Kanyoo Trail Lot off Route 77 at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge
Accessibility & Things to know: Easy-active, leisure walk and talk. This program is held entirely outdoors. Dress for a leisurely hike - good walking shoes and comfortable clothing. Cancellation notices will appear on Facebook and notices will be given to those who register their contact info.
