Join us at the Cuba Library on Thursday, July 3 at 6:30 pm as Patrick discusses his work behind the scenes on the popular Amazon television show based on the best selling series by author Michael Connelly. This program is free and open to the public.
Patrick Cady is an Emmy-nominated cinematographer who has also become a busy director. Most recently he was the Producer / Director on Bad Robot’s DUSTER. He was a frequent Director on Amazon’s BOSCH (where he started as a cinematographer) and BOSCH:LEGACY. His other directing credits include the highly regarded Sundance Channel series RECTIFY the Paramount+ series INTERROGATION, and BALLARD which will be released on Amazon in July.
His cinematography credits span both features and television and include PAINT, THE STEPFATHER, LOTTERY TICKET, XX, FEAR THE WALKING DEAD, SUITS, IN TREATMENT, MARIE AND BRUCE, and the Sundance and Cannes award winning feature GIRLFIGHT. He was nominated for an Emmy for his cinematography on the HBO series INSECURE.
Patrick is a Vice President on the board of the American Society of Cinematographers. He is a former Branch Governor in the Television Academy, and an active member of The Motion Picture Academy. He has been an IATSE 600 member for over 20 years and is a proud and active DGA member.
