Explore the flavors of the 19th century during this hands-on culinary workshop! Using authentic recipes from historic cookbooks, participants will prepare three to five traditional condiments, including ketchups, mustards and flavored vinegars.

Guests will learn about the ingredients and techniques used during the era while creating delicious samples to take home.

All participants must be age 16 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult ticket holder.
