Autumn Squash Soup

Silky roasted butternut and acorn squash blended with caramelized onions, a touch of cream, and warm fall spices. Finished with a drizzle of maple and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Autumn Pear & Walnut Salad

Sliced pears, mixed greens, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and gorgonzola, finished with a honey-cider dressing.

Over apple chutney, served with garlic mashed potatoes & roasted root vegetable & crispy brussel sprout medley tossed with caramelized apples, thick-cut bacon, and a cider reduction.

• Stuffed Acorn Squash (Vegetarian)

Filled with quinoa, cranberries, pecans, caramelized onions, and roasted brussel sprouts. Served with Wild Mushroom Risotto

• Harvest Skillet Chicken

Pan-seared chicken simmered with apples, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, pasta, fresh garlic & spinich tossed in a light cider pan sauce.
