The first of the two-class workshop is a hands-on exploration into the art of making paper. Students will learn a brief history of paper and how to make paper at home. Students will have the opportunity to pull a sheet of paper. The artist will show the student the many different techniques of applying materials to the wet paper or manipulating the paper to form organic forms. The artist will provide all the materials, including pulp and handmade paper scraps. The second class will include a brief review of the first class, then students will get to explore and build on the knowledge from the previous class by creating more advanced sculptural paper.

- Wednesday, February 11 & Wednesday, March 11, 2026
- 6:00 – 8:00 PM
- Cost for each class: $40 includes all supplies.
- Cost for both classes: 72$ (10 % discount). Participants are encouraged to attend both classes, but it is not mandatory. Participation in one or both classes will be equally valuable and enriching.
