Celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day at Genesee Country Village & Museum! Children ages 12 and younger will receive free Museum admission and can enjoy special activities throughout the Historic Village.
Explore the history and culture of the Haudenosaunee while learning about the treaties that reshaped Western New York. Programming will examine the Treaty of Big Tree, the Mackay family’s connection to the treaty, Haudenosaunee folklore and the influence of Haudenosaunee women on modern democracy.
