The Oak Orchard Yacht Club will be hosting a series of lectures with the following topics:
- Sunday, April 30 at 3 PM: Sail Trim, Sailing Fast with Kris Werner, Quantum Sails Rochester
- Sunday, June 11 at 3 PM: The DEC's Lake Ontario Fish Stocking Efforts with Matt Sanderson, DEC Biologist (retired)
- Saturday, June 17 at 10 AM: Pickleball Lessons with Leah Brewer from the Tennis Club of Rochester
- CANCELLED: Sunday, July 30 at 3 PM: Shipwrecks of Lake Ontario - A Journey of Discovery with Jim Kennard, expert shipwreck diver and author
- Sunday, August 13 at 3 PM: Fish Migration on Lake Ontario with Matthew Altenritter, SUNY Brockport Biology Professor
- Sunday, September 17 at 3 PM: Blue Water Cruising with Bob & Mary Lu Hodgins
- Sunday, October 7 at 3 PM: History of Oak Orchard Yacht Club 1938-1950 with Catherine Cooper, Orleans County Historian
The lectures are open to the public and free.
