This class will be a guided meditation, followed by a prompted journaling session. I call it Guided Stillness & the Open Prompt. Join Jennifer Metz, a certified meditation teacher and creator of The Heart of Mindful Living. In this beginner-friendly outdoor class, you’ll learn simple yet powerful grounding techniques followed by a prompted journaling session. Journal booklet provided. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Accessibility & Things to know: Easy-active, depending on the activities you choose to do. This program is held entirely outdoors. Dress for the weather and in comfortable clothing. Bring your own yoga mat or flat towel/cloth to spread on the ground (or one will be provided for you), water, and bug repellent. Cancellation notices will appear on Facebook, and notices will be given to those who register their contact info.
