Discover a little Christmas nostalgia at The Joy Project in LeRoy. Inspired by Sibley’s Department Store window displays in Rochester, this free, family-friendly exhibit brings together animated holiday scenes, an extensive Christmas village and trains winding around a tiered tree.
Explore hand-painted murals by artist Lorie Longhany, a custom Cinnamon Bear radio show diorama, vintage holiday memorabilia and a historic Santa’s chair from LeRoy’s past. An interactive Brio train table offers something for younger visitors, while a festive gift shop provides an opportunity for holiday shopping.
Dates & Hours: Open weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2026. Saturdays, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.; Sundays, noon–4 p.m.
Admission: Free.
Location: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Exhibit Hall, 1 East Main Street, LeRoy, NY 14482.
