Day 1

10:30 to 11:30

Oak Orchard Lighthouse Museum

Once a beacon for ships on mighty Lake Ontario, the uniquely shaped Oak Orchard Lighthouse was visible for nine miles until a storm in 1916 leveled the structure.  The lighthouse was restored in the early 2000’s and the replica is now a fascinating experience along our Great Lake.  A guided tour brings history to life along these pristine shores.

12:00 to 1:30

Harvest Restaurant at Bent’s Opera House

Walking into Bent's Opera House is an experience not unlike walking into a time capsule. Enjoy and satisfying lunch in a charming environment harkening back to yesteryear.  Your host will provide some interesting narration so this visit will remain forever in your memory.

2:00 to 4:00

Hurd Orchards

We’ll immerse in this delightful farm world, visit their charming historic barns, enjoy a homemade, delectable afternoon treat made from one of the abundant fruits grown with love and care, and have some time to shop for farm-made delicacies.
