Founder Shelly Wolanske and her partner Chris VanDusen began their journey in 2018 with Empire Hemp Co., creating trusted, locally crafted CBD products. As the business grew, so did their mission: to provide high-quality, safe cannabis with a community-first mindset.

In 2022, Shelly made the bold move to divest from Empire Hemp Co. to comply with New York’s cannabis regulations and opened Mrs. Green’s CANNAry at 204 E. Main Street. The shop retains the heart of Empire Hemp Co.—its people, products, and purpose—while forging a new path as a fully licensed dispensary.
