Nestled in the heart of Elba, the Panasiewicz Family Homestead is a growing small farm dedicated to handcrafted, homegrown goods. Since purchasing their property in 2022, the family has expanded their operation with pigs, poultry, and a maple program, all rooted in simple, sustainable, hands-on farming.

Visitors can explore a diverse selection of farm products, including pasture-raised pork, whole pigs, fresh chicken, eggs, and pure maple syrup produced using more than 100 taps. The homestead also creates small-batch soaps and candles made from their own lard, offering a unique connection to their animals and land.
