The Panaz Homestead invites visitors to their very first Maple Weekend Open House! Located in Elba, just a short drive from Monroe, Orleans, and Niagara counties, this growing family farm is excited to welcome guests for a behind-the-scenes look at their maple sugaring operation.
Tour the homestead, see how sap from more than 100 taps is transformed into pure maple syrup, and meet the family behind this blossoming farm. Visitors can explore a selection of farm-made products, including pork, chicken, eggs, and their handcrafted lard soaps and candles.
