Meet us for Science Wednesdays at the Genesee County Park & Forest Interpretive Nature Center! Kids use nature as their classroom as they learn while exploring the outdoors. Hikes, outdoor scavenger hunts, and handmade crafts are all part of this adventure. Life science state learning standards including but not limited to animal adaptations, habitats, interdependence of plants and animals, and human impacts are covered.
November 18th: White-tailed Deer
December 9th: Create-a-Critter
Masks must be worn whenever unable to maintain 6 feet of social distance. Participants are encouraged to wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer.
$5/student per session OR $20/student for all 5 sessions. Parents or chaperones free. Space is limited to 15 people per session.
