Maria 'Mama' Chavez was born in the small town of San Nicolas de los Augustos in Guanajuato, Mexico. She is one of twelve children born to Trinidad and Dolores Garcia Muniz. As you can imagine with that many siblings, Maria was always in the kitchen helping her mother prepare meals. That is where her love and passion for sharing her creations began. In June 2019 Maria retired early from her job to fulfill her lifelong dream of owning her own taqueria. Enjoy traditional favorites such as, Flautas, Burritos, Tostadas & more! ¡Bienvenidos a nuestro restaurant!
