Since 1983, Casper Farms has been proudly raising premium beef in the heart of Stafford, NY. This family-owned and operated farm specializes in Angus-cross cattle, carefully selected and raised with compassion and care. The herd grazes on lush pastures and enjoys a natural diet of free-choice dry hay and ground corn, which produces the perfect marbling and flavor that sets Casper Farms beef apart. No growth hormones are ever used, and each animal is monitored daily to ensure health and well-being.
Beef is butchered between 15–18 months of age and dry-aged for three weeks to develop exceptional tenderness and taste. All processing is done by a USDA-inspected local butcher, and the meat is vacuum sealed for peak freshness.
In addition to all-natural beef, the on-farm store also offers a variety of locally produced goods including pork and chicken, eggs, granola, rubs and spices, sauces, pickles, dairy products, honey, handmade soaps, fresh breads, baked goods, and more.
